Highest performing banks to increase hiring the most - On average, banks with an asset turnover ratio of more than 4.5% plan to increase hiring by 7.0%, nearly twice that of banks with an asset turnover ratio between 2.5% and 4.5%.

Half of banks to grow recruitment between 5% and 10% - 54% of banks expect to increase recruitment of full-time technology staff between 5%-10% in the next quarter.

North American banks find BaaS tough to find - BaaS skills were hardest to find among North American banks (more so among banks with asset turnover ratio less than 2.5%) while easiest to acquire by APAC banks.

60% talent is onshore - About 3 in 5 technology full-time equivalent staff are onshore. APAC banks have the most technology staff based offshore.
