Infosys recently announced a strategic five-year collaboration with Sector Alarm, one of Europe’s leading providers in security, who are partially owned by global investment firm KKR, to transform their core enterprise business systems on the cloud. Through this collaboration, Infosys will work closely with Sector Alarm to migrate their disparate, on-premises Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), helping them modernize their financial and business operating models. Capitalizing on Infosys’ digital transformation capabilities, the Microsoft platform will enable Sector Alarm to streamline finances, gain business insights, and help seamlessly integrate with their existing CRM platform.

Siemens uses Microsoft Viva Engage (formerly Yammer), the Microsoft 365 enterprise social networking service, as its corporate platform for internal communication. The company sought to enhance the collaboration platform with generative artificial intelligence (AI). Siemens partnered with Infosys to implement a generative AI solution to classify and summarize tax-related communication on Microsoft Viva Engage (formerly Yammer). Infosys combined its consulting expertise, with applied AI capabilities - part of Infosys Topaz to develop a large language model (LLM)-based solution. Our GPT specialists created in-context prompting workflows for classifying conversations and generating summaries.
Johnson Controls is a 136-year-old global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. The company was looking for a systematic way to manage and scale operations. This required redirecting KPIs, pulling data from legacy systems, and keeping over 19,000 members in the loop about these changes. Infosys was instrumental in Johnson Control’s transition to a new ERP system. We helped pull information from the backend systems and consolidated it into a standard model using Microsoft Azure. Deploying the BOS was critical in establishing synergy and control across the organization. It helped set expectations for every employee and promoted communication – paving the way for growth.
The winds are strong and they're blowing towards a digital tomorrow. As a natural evolution towards progress, Siemens AG's Wind Power and Gamesa merged in 2017 to create Siemens Gamesa. Their goal was to generate affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy. Their vastly different IT landscapes challenged Siemens Gamesa to reimagine what's possible. A complex merger emerged that required the integration of 12 legacy ERP applications - 10 disparate SAP instances, 1,300 peripheral applications, and 22 manufacturing plants around the world with the need to standardize it all.
