That’s why our holistic approach to building an equitable, sustainable, and digital future resulted in:

Carbon neutrality: We have been carbon neutral 5 years in a row and continue to support 264,000+ rural families with carbon offset projects.
Female representation: Women make up 39.3% of our workforce.
A greener future: We have built 40 lakes and over 400 deep injection wells, collectively providing more than 400 million liters of rainwater storage and 20 million liters of recharge capacity across our Indian campuses.
